IT Support Engineer (Delivery & Services) – End of studies Internship (m/f)

We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to help our clients operate Huawei’s infrastructure solutions (switching, storage, servers, virtualization).

What will you do ?

You will provide advanced technical support on complex environments, including virtualization and object storage solutions.

➢ Provide N2/N3 technical support to clients

➢ Diagnose and fix incidents on: Switches and networks? Storage systems (block, file, S3 object storage), Servers and virtualized environments

➢ Manage and support virtualization platforms like FusionSphere

➢ Handle and troubleshoot S3-compatible object storage

➢ Help clients with deployment, configuration, and optimization

➢ Analyze complex problems and propose lasting solutions ➢ Write documentation and help improve processes

Who are we looking for ?

➢ Students with a Master's Degree in STEM / IT (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunication) and a good understanding of IT architectures (compute, network, storage) ➢ Students with strong skills in Linux, Networking (switching, VLAN, TCP/IP), Storage (SAN, NAS, S3 object storage), Virtualization (ideally FusionSphere or similar).

➢ Experience in infrastructure or datacenter support (preferred but not mandatory) ➢ Students with excellent communication skills in English and French.

➢ Students with a customer service mindset.
