Job Title: Contract Commercial Manager
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt
Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of management and operations from aspects including commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers.
2. Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, and draft contracts.
3. Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium/senior-level managers.
4. Establish strong relationships with the full sales team and provide strong proactive commercial/contractual guidance.
5. Participate in the contract reviews of internal process and support decision-making on key complex projects.
6. Organize all the functions (Solution/Delivery/Finance/Legal) to identify assumptions & risks, develop risk mitigation plans in the pre-sales phase and then manage the risk and any disputes during post-contract phase.
7. Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement.
8. Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the in-life contract management phase.
Skills & Experience:
Five years of contract management experience in relevant position. Working in ICT vendors will be preferred.
Comprehensive understanding/deep knowledge of contracts terms and clauses (e.g.: payment terms, trade terms, taxation, business models, currency risk control, guarantees, penalties, liabilities, project planning milestones & principles, quotation principles, warranty conditions, IPR, etc).
Ability and experience in understanding customers' needs and business objectives in order to achieve the desired solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties.
Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, self-driven and not afraid to take responsibilities.
Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a multicultural environment.
Bachelor degree or higher in international trade, law, accounting or relevant from an accredited university.
Fluent in French and English (oral& writing), mastering Chinese at the same time will be preferred.
Good command of PC skills
